Ok I had left over icing and some raggedy roses from a previous cake so I decided after baking mini cakes I left one out of the freezer and made the buttercream dream real soft softer than usual and added a layer at a time stuck in the freezer for a few minutes between layers I didn't have enough icing for a border so I covered the bottom of the roses with failed leaves icing too soft and the leaf tip was brand new so wasn't opened up at all so a disaster but heck is for my kids to eat so I just wanted to ice it and then decided to finish a little cake for my kids it wasn't as bad as I thought time consuming I just really wanted to cover up the chocolate cake that's underneath
