I haven't tried it yet, but am planning to - let us know how it turns out.

I have actually tried white chocolate gnache before and I don't know whether you're using it for truffles or if you are covering a cake with it, I've done both. There may be differnt recipes for it but I just put a pound of white chocolate and teespoon of vanilla of any other extract for flavoring (you can even add a liquor) in a glass bowl and boil a cup of whipping cream, then pour the cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few seconds and then stir. I let it cool for a little bit to let it thicken up, then I pour it over a cake that has been crumb coated. If you would like to make truffles you chill the mixture untill firm then make little balls out of it. Like I said this is just how I make it, someone may have a different recipe, but it works great, infact I am doing a couple of cakes this weekend like this. I love it!
Sorry, I reread your post and answered my own ?
I used this recipe and substituted white chocolate chips for the semi-sweet chocolate. It was delish!! Word of warning though. . . The white chocolate will not firm up before you whip it like the semi-sweet will.
