There's one in Austin in february sponsered by Cap City Confectioners and All-in-One Bake Shop in Austin (they are my #1 cake supplier!!!). A lot of CC members went, entered and some even won last year. Last year was my first time attending, but I would like to take an entry this year...just haven't decided on a theme yet!
