Here is the pic of my daughters 2nd birthday cake. Its only my second tiered cake, still have alot to learn. the fence, arch and roses are all gumpaste. I hope I don't have to do any more roses soon.lol. Thanks CC for inspiration. TFL

Thank you all so much. If the roses were bigger they would have been so much easier. Oh well the things we do for our kids. here is another view.

PS: the top tier is a dummy cake and the bottom tier is butter cake.

Thank you all for your lovely comments. I dont like fishing for comments but there were so many little details in this cake that I was so proud of. I know I said that the roses were a pain in the bum, but so was that fence. Next time I'll try and get my hands on a cutter. what do I mean next time, there wont be a next time icon_lol.gif Seriously thankyou.

I have been (im)patiently waiting to see this finished cake ever since you first posted Dorothy in your gallery. The whole thing is just adorable! All that time put into the details was well worth it!
