Hello!

I have my elmo choc. transfers all done, I am in the process of icing the cake, crumb coating right now. My question is this cake is being delivered at 10:00 tomorrow morning, so I am finishing up the whole cake tonite, can I put the chocolate transfer on tonite, and but the cake in the fridge, then take out tomorrow morning to deliver.

Will anything happen to the transfer??? Or should I wait until tomorrow morning to put the transfer on, and have everything else done tonite???

Thanks guys!!!

Brenda

It's fine to put the chocolate transfer on tonight, nothing will happen to it. I do it all the time.
