Hi I have to make 2, 2 teired cakes. On is a plain white cake with pudding filling and the other is a coconut mango cake with a mango filling. The cake sizes are a 10 inch and a 12 inch cake - each cake has to feed 50 people. What should I charge for this? Thanks Jen

Figure out the cost of your ingredients.

Multiply that by 3.

Then decide how much your time is worth per hour.

Multiply that by the amount of time you spend making the cake.

Add that number to the ingredients number and you should have a pretty good indication of what you should charge.
