I made my first purse cake last week for a friends Birthday she loved the cake however I am a perfectionist so I was not pleased with the side of the cake, PLEASE give me tips on how to place the fondant so the sides look good.I have covered many rounds and squares with fondant and of course that is easy to get perfect sides however with this shape it was so difficult and there were folds on the bottom sides and that is why I used butterflies to hide it,but I would rather not gave to do it so please anyone who has covered this shape HELP ME
