How do I make the lid on a shoebox cake? I am totally clueless!
Is it opened or closed? If it's closed you could place a fondant border around it, and place a new top on it. Or you could use a tip that will pipe flat (like the opposite side of a basketweave) and then smooth the top line up. Does that make sense?
