How To Determine How Much Mmf To Make??

I'm making 8, 8 inch cakes stacked with a 6 inch cake on each. They all need to be covered in MMF. How do I determine how much to make??

I just made the easy mmf on Saturday.

It wasn't hard at all, and it actually tasted good. Although I don't think I'd want to eat much - it is after all basically sugar...
