Hello! I'm new to this sight so I don't know if I am doing this right but I would like to know if anyone has ever or knows how to make white chocolate fondant. I appreciate any comment or guidance, thanks!

I have made it at home and it did taste really good but it was just too soft to work with. Maybe it was the recipe I used but I haven't tried any others.

I haven't made it. Maybe you could try MMF with white chocolate flavoring, like the coffee syrup flavoring.

My instructor told us for white chocolate marshmallow fondant, add 1 to 1 1/4 oz good quality white chocolate, melted, to the basic recipe

You could check with Ladyonzlake, she works with the white choc. MMF a lot. I bet she would be full of tips.

When I want white chocolate fondant, I make MMF and white chocoate modeling clay separately, let sit overnight and then knead them together. It tastes really good and easy to work with.

Thank you for your replies. What is MMF and how do I make it? Do you know how to make chocolate modeling clay?

Here's the marshmallow fondant recipe link:

Here's the candy clay recipe link:

I used Nestle white chocolate chips instead of candy melts, works great!
