OK so I tried making a sugar bottle mold ( instructions were excellant by the way) and It would not dry!!! It has been 3 days so finally I tried peeling it off , the bottom was still wet so I thought I would just stick that down into the cake no problem but then as I am peeling it just did not keep it's shape at all!!! so now I don't know where I went wrong ( but I know I did) and the inside is real lumpy looking? Any suggestions?

I would guess that the sugar wasn't cooked to a hard crack stage. If you didn't use a thermometer, get one. If you did, check it to be sure it's calibrated right. For some reason mine only last a year before I have to replace them. (For calibration, place thermometer in rapidly boiling water. The temp. reading should be at 100. If it's not, adjust your cooking temps accordingly.)

I'm sorry. I thought you were talking about the sugar bottle itself, not the latex mold. Maybe some of our more experienced mold makers can help you out.
