I'm new to airbrushing and I want to know where and what kind of product to use for colouring my designs. Can I use gel or paste colours to airbrush with. How does airbrushing work on buttercream icing? Any info you can give me on airbrushing cakes or a site I can goto for help would be appreciated. Email address is [email protected].
Thanks

do NOT use gel colors with an airbrush!!! Only use airbrush colors that are made specifically for an airbrush.....you can airbrush on buttercream, fondant, gumpaste, even chocolate.....although the chocolate is much more difficult! You can also put luster dust into your airbrush by mixing it with alcohol or clear extracts. hope that helps.......
