Mmf Question

I just made a small batch of banana creme flavored MMF, how long will it stay good for? I have it wrapped in cling wrap and then have that in a ziplock freezer bag.

Your MMF should be perfectly good to use for several weeks. If it is too stiff when you start to use it, put in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it again, but be careful, it gets really hot very quickly. Janice

yum that sounds good bakingfool.....I have got to start adding flavoring to my MMF.....
