Hun I'm not sure if your local store would carry it but I've found it online where you can buy a 1lb bag of it. It is a sweetener substitute and if you search Google for it it will give you a long list of different things but I found one place that sells it online.

Also you may try any organic area of your grocery store or ask the local bakeries if they have it available I'm sure they would.
