Ok all you pros out there. I am getting more orders, and I know that this question is asked all the time, but here is my question: I have a cake due friday night for a party saturday morning. If I bake my cakes Wednesday night and wrap in celephane, frost on thursday and decorate on friday morning, will that be too much time before eating on Friday? I will be using box mixes w/extender.

Thanks,
Stephanie

Your timeline sounds fine, as long as you store the baked cakes properly (wrapped/covered).

I have a cake due tomorrow and I baked it last night and will decorate tonight. You are fine. I do it all the time and get great compliments!
