I haven't done any cakes that invovle milk products do to the fact that my frig isn't big enough to hold a cake. What do you do when you ice with cream cheese frosting or have a bavarian cream filling? And what about getting it to stay cool enough for the reception for people not to get sick? icon_confused.gif

Here's a faux bavarian cream filling that doesn't require refrigeration (for the short term):

You can make a cream cheese flavored frosting by using cream cheese extract and your favorite buttercream recipe.

You can also mix some sleeved cream cheese filling with your b/c:
