Well not sure if this has been asked but, I think I have the hang of making Cookie cakes now and I took one to work the other day, and it was a hit. I had a couple of people ask how much I charged for them and I told them I would have to figure it up and get back to them. Little did they know I didn't have a clue how much to charge. So will someone tell me if this sounds to high or to low for a Cookie cake. I thought of it this way, 10 inch, $10.00, 12 inch, $12.00 and so forth. Thanks, and you all are the greatest.

You probably spend about that amount of $ just in ingredients.
Don't forget your time, hard work, electricity, & packaging. . .
I would sell the 10 inch for no less than $20. . .
and the larger for $25. . . That's not too high or too low. . .

Thats okay, I perfectly understand, I have a wedding cake to do this week and I haven't checked my e-mails in a while is the reason I didn't see your reply. I am stressing so bad over this cake it is a three teir heart and I only have the bottom two separator plates and can't find the top one I need, so I am in panic mode. This is only my second wedding cake and the first one I did was for my sisters son and we decided not to stack instead we put the cakes on separate stands and it looked pretty good.
Kroger does 12" cookies for $7.99. Just so you can compare. But I think your prices are pretty good. Just depends on the difficulty of the detail.
sorry but if you told me 20 dollars for a 10inch id laugh.. i wouldnt pay that. 
i think 10-12 dollars for a 10inch is a good price just depends on the detail that ur doing.. remember you want ppl to come to you. not laugh at you bc ur over charging.. 
Although making big cookies is easier than a cake, I think you have a lot wrapped up in the ingredients. I have made several in the past usually 12 or 14 inch and I can get $25 for them with no problem. Check out the big cookies they sell at the malls they get a hefty sum why shouldn't you!!
