Frosting???

Yes, I'm having a senior moment!! Do we frost and decorate a level cake on the top? I know if it has to leveled you frost it upside down.For the first time my sheet cake is completely even (level). Thanks Peggy icon_redface.gif

I don't think it'll matter, will it? I almost always flip the cake so the top of the cake is what was in the bottom of the pan. Even flat, the edges just seem nicer. But that's just me...a creature of habit! Go with what you think will give you a nicer end product.

I don't think it matters either. What ever looks best I guess.
