Need more info! LOL How many servings is it...how many layers will need to be baked. When I do a wedding cake that serves 100-200....I bake for two days and ice and decorate on the third. Might freeze the first bakings. Depends on so many things. Are you making the decor? Gumpaste?

Things may go smoother for you if you bake and freeze Monday, make buttercream, fillings, colors, decorations, etc. Tuesday, get all your cake boards covered or at least assembled in one place and any boxes made on Weds. Then Thursday you either pull out the cake(s) and get to work!

Good luck! thumbs_up.gif
