I need ideas for a Grilled or BBQ'd dessert. My DH is a member of our local Elks Lodge and they are having a Cook-Off this coming weekend. There is a dessert competition but it has to be made there on a grill or BBQ pit. Help 
I have a dutch oven but the only thing I know how to bake in there is cornbread.
Any ideas would be great.
No pressure either....DH has informed me that we are representing our Lodge against other from the rest of the state of Texas..S*!$..... S*!$ 
Bananas Foster I'm sure will be a very popular one. Sandra Lee had a desert recipe for the grill using cherries and canned biscuits. It was on this summer's grilling special (sorry, can't remember the name). I think Paula has a recipe for the grill and I'm sure Bobby Flay has one or two also. Sorry I couldn't be a better help.
