I have seen over the ast few weeks quite a few questions where people are askign about equivalents between the UK and American prducts and measurments etc....
Is there a resource on this site anywhere?
If not would it be useful?
I know many of the US buy british books and we over here use a lot of USA recipes, it would make life so much easier to know what we can and can't use and how much we should be using....
I am intrigued by things like Pudding mixes... and always have a hard time with cup measurments,

If you do a google, using the phrase
US to Metric conversion
you will find what you seek.
There are tons of them out there. Some are interactive, where you can enter your exact US measurement, and get the exact metric measurement, and vice versa.
Others are just charts, where you will have to use formulas to do the math to convert your amounts.
