does anyone know a recipe for a cut-out cookie that uses graham cracker crumbs? I saw a recipe in a magazine that called for graham flour, which i can't find anywhere, but i don't think that recipe would have worked, anyhow. I would like to make something like a sugar cookie that could be rolled out and cut with cookies cutters, but that tasted a bit like graham crackers. I thought about omitting a little flour from the NFSC recipe and adding a cup of graham cracker crumbs, but not sure what would happen.... any ideas?

....thanks icon_biggrin.gif
