What do you use to cut your cake boards? I need to cut some cake boards in the shape of the special delivery pan. I use to use scissors but that makes a big mess and not shaped correctly. Please help.

I use a craft type exacto knife. I just flip the pan over on the board, trace with a pencil, cut with the exacto and cover with foil. Works out great!
