I was wondering which MMF recipe is the best since there are several. I was also wondering if anyone has tried the flavored marshmallows to make this
(I was at a cookout today and we had the strawberry ones for s'mores. YUMMY!) ![]()
Thanks

Does no one have an opinion or was it simply that I posted to late in the night? Please I really would like some opinions. ![]()

I really like like this one.

The strawberry ones are great! I just use them in exchange of what I need in white ones.
I am only familiar with the regular MMF recipe here but I have added chocolate (both powdered cocoa and wafers) to my MMF to change the texture/flavor. I don't measure so I can't help there. I would say if you have the time, start with that recipe and experiment. ![]()
Hope this helps a little.
I asked this question before. I was told about this recipe, tried it and love it. It was easy to make and I used my Kitchen Aid mixer so it was easy on my arms too. It is from cc but I don't know how to make a link, it is Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. I didn't know what MMF was, I don't know any decorators here except store owners and even in Wilton they only talk about fondant, but I liked this better than regular fondant and it tastes better too. Good luck

I too like Rhonda's ultimate fondant recipe. Not as sweet as the regular mmf. I was going to try Toba Garret's recipe because I heard good things about it as well. The one dolittle posted looks good too. Keep us posted on which one you try and like!
Can someone share a link to this recipe? Thanks
