I was asked to do a cake to celebrate veterans day. She just wants something patriotic, you know red, white and blue. Just wondering what is appropriate. I would really like to do Uncle Sam (I saw a cool one on this site) Do you think that would be appropriate? Also is it appropriate to say "Happy Veterans Day" or would something like "Honoring All Who Have Served" or something along those lines. I really dont have much family or friends who have been in the service so I just want to be sensitive.

I think the Uncle Sam cake would be cute and the saying "honoring all those who served" would be very appropriate icon_smile.gif
