I have been reading though the forum today and noticed a thread that mentioned magic line pans. The author said that those pans were much better than the Wilton pans.

I only have Wilton pans, but if the others are better I may start replacing... lol

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the two brands?

Thanks for any replies icon_smile.gif

Or it also means Hope That Helps

I have a ton of Wilton Pans and just recieved a magic line pan. Haven't used it yet, but just in appearances, the magic line seems more sturdy than Wilton.

I have the magic line pans..rounds and square, all sizes..and I love them. The difference between the wilton pans and magic line is the way the cakes come out, they look beautiful, with a nice color. Also, the square ones have a difined corner, not like the wilton pans because those have sort of like a rounded corner. Try them, you will love them, I have some wilton pans and I use them sometimes, if I'm baking alot but I prefer the magic line.

Magic Line pans are lifetime pans. Very heavy duty. will not warp, straight sides, sharp corners. I have both types of pans and rarely ever use anything but Magic Line. All you have to do is hold them and you know the quality beats anything else.

hi. newbie here. this might be a silly question, but why does "majic line" (yes i misspelled it on purpose because it seems to not want me to post that word) seem to be missing from most of the posts? it seems that everytime someone references it, the words are missing. or is it just my computer?

examples:
What is the big difference between and Wilton?
I have the and wilton and i have to say the is much better.

I just got my first magic line pan (found at a yard sale!) and I can't wait to get more! Even willing to pay full price for one!

I love the magic line pans! I'm slowly replacing my Wilton pans with magic line. I've also gotten some pans from cakedeco.com which are comparable to magic line but are their own brand (Pfeil & Holing). For some reason I didn't replace both 8" rounds, so I have one magic line & one wilton. Next time I bake, I'll post a picture. The magic line cake is the same color as the inside of the cake, the wilton cake has a brown crust. Quite a difference!
