I just spent the last 30 minutes looking at all those pics... He seems to be from Tailand... maybe it's something that is only available in their area although I doubt it because it was English that was printed on the box... maybe see if you can google their company name wasn't it cupcakes inc? and see if you can contact them and find out where they purchase them from
