Happy Pre-Holidays y'all!

How do y'all store large amounts of flour, sugar, brown sugar and powdered sugar??

If sealed with the air sucking machine can if be frozen? I am very open to all ideals.

Thanks in advance.

I do not have one of those machines.

I only buy in bulk during the holiday season. I store my flour and sugar in clean, brand new dog food bins from the pet store. They work just as well and are less expensive than ingredient bins from the restaurant supply stores.

I storage most of my dry ingredients in large round bins. Some things are in lock type containers. Smaller items may be in freezer bags or tupperware type containers.

I store powdered sugar and flour in air tight containers. We reuse the Domino yellow sugar containers when they are done and relabel and they are sturdy and airtight.

I saw on Martha Stewart that she puts hers in like canisters and they are good for up to a year. She has huge canisters that are see through glass which makes them easier to see.
