I need to know how long can you keep mmf? I made some like a week or so ago it keeps going from soft to hard. What to do?

It will keep for up to a month or two, just keep it wrapped airtight. When you're ready to use it, pop it into the microwave in 5-10 second intervals until it's soft enough to knead, and knead it with some Crisco on your hands. It will spring right back to life, especially after a week! 
If you try microwaving and it's still hard and crumbly, it's too old and it's time to make a new batch.
