Has anyone tried the Allspice cream cheese frosting recipe posted on this site, or does any have a good recipe for a plain cream cheese frosting? Any and all help is appreciated!

HERES A CREAM CHEESE ICING I USE WITH MY CARROT CAKE. IT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR

1 STICK BUTTER, MELTED
1 (80Z.) PKG. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
4 C. POWDERED SUGAR
1TSP. VANILLA
1C. PECANS, CHOOPED ( OPTIONAL)

MELT BUTTER, MASH UP CREAM CHEESE AND ADD MELTED BUTTER AND MIX. ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND VANILLA; MIX WELL. ADD PECANS MIX AND SPREAD.

COLOR SHOULD WORK FINE WITH THIS ICING.. HOPE YOU HAVE GOOD LUCK WITH IT AND LET US KNOW HOW IT TURNS OUT thumbs_up.gif
