I have an IMBC covered cake with fondant accents. Can I refridgerate it overnight and have it be just fine in the morning? I think I read recently I just need to bring it to room temp and not touch the fondant as it builds condensation and then dry. Is this correct? TIA

Yes--I refrigerate everything, including IMBC with fondant accents--see my witch birthday cake in my pics (it was in the fridge overnight).

You'll be fine.

I agree, I refrigerate everything as well and have never had any problems.

From the answers I remember from a similar question I asked, the only trouble is when you refrigerate a cake totally covered in fondant, because of condensation. A BC cake should be fine.
