how sad....this person's business must not be going very well for him to do this, if he was busy he wouldn't have time to be worrying about you.
i don't know what to tell you to do, i think around here it's just a slap on the wrist.
i own a bakery, and don't find the home decorators a threat at all...in fact if there are cakes that are too time consuming, i refer them to a home decorator in my town, sometimes i wonder if he gets mad at me(lol) i send him some pretty difficult customers sometimes.
i personally feel like theres enough business for everyone.
maybe they'll be out of business soon and ya won't have to worry about them.
