Can I Freeze This?

Hi -
I am making white chocolate cake with fresh strawberry filling - can I torte the cake and put a crumb coat on it and freeze it? And will the strawberry filling make the cake soggy? I've used pudding and I don't like how it makes it so soggy. And if the strawberry filling does this, is there a way to prevent this from happening.

I don't think fresh strawberries will taste the same once defrosted, they definitely get mushy -- unless you mean to say you are making a cooked filling using the fresh berries?
