Ltca Cake Idea?

We have a class of LTCA'S (long term care aides) grading this month, i've been asked to do a cake! Does anyone have any ideas?

LoL ok I guess that would help!....We take care of the elderly in a large nursing home.

Do they have special nights like maybe Bingo or something that you could incorporate into your cake? If you are making it 3-D with fondant you could do a lot of the things that are a part of their daily lives.
