Hi everybody,
I am making a 14 inch cake and I baked the cake yesterday. I frosted it last night and when I woke up this morning the icing was all cracked up on the cake. I can see all the crakes..Please help..I need to deliver this cake by the end of the day and I dont know what to do..
Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated..

Did you let it cool be fore you iced it? It sounds like maybe the heat was trying to heat get out or something. I would try to smooth it with a warmed spatula (warm up a cup of water for about a minute and dip your spatula in it ever minute of so) if that does not work then I guess you will have to take off the icing and reice it.
