Ok, we usually have Thanksgiving in New York with my husband's family (huge feast)! But we are staying in TX this year and the only family around us is my brother's family, so it's not going to be so big this year, but here it goes:

Since all my immediate family lives in NC we all meet at my parents house and bring different things. this menu is from my DH side of the family--my side has theirs at the same time, so i rudely rush out the door & drive very quickly to the farm, so i can see my family (thanksgiving is the only time of the year that my Mema's (my grandmother) brothers & sisters & all of their kids get together (& my Mema's has 5 siblings & 1 of those had 6 kids--so it's a big get together)

Pretty standard menu here. I only have about 15 coming this year usually have about 20ish. By the way when I read the 1st post for pink stuff I thought huh, wonder if thats the cottage cheese pink stuff. Funny, our family has called it that forever.

I think that's it. We have a pretty tradtional Thanksgiving. My DH will be so happy this year since I couldn't make it last year for him. I was pregnant and was put on bedrest so we got one of those store made dinners. It was horrible. We will never do that again.
