Need Sugar Free Please!!!

Does anyone have a recipe for sugar free or sugarless icing and some sugarfree/less cakes? I think someone at my sisters office wants a sugarfree cake/icing for someone and I am just trying to get my ducks in a row for her...

I don't think I'm going to be very helpful...You might be able to find some 'less sugar' recipes online or in the recipe list from here...but as for icing that is 'sugar-free' or less sugar...I doubt you will find any. I guess you could try using Splenda or something like that, but I think it all is in the texture of the sugar that helps with the frosting consistency...does that make sense? I have never seen a recipe for icing that didn't require icing sugar...I wonder if you tried going to one of the sweetener sites maybe they could help you.

thanks for the input....I thought there were recipes on the website for sugar free icing but couldn't find any doing the search....oh well...
