I bought a few of those letter and number molds, the $2.00 ones that are primarily used for candy melts. I was told that I could use them with fondant/gp for monograms and such. What's the trick to getting the fondant out of the mold in one piece?

There's probably lots of ways, but I always spray mine with Crisco cooking spray.
