If you decorate your cake the night before the party with fondant could it be stored in the refrigerator? I will have a cream cheese filling inside.

I've done it with no issues, but I've heard you shouldn't...but then you shouldn't ice a frozen cake and I do that all the time too....

it will be fine, if it does happen to sweat, just let it air dry, dont touch it.
