i haven't tried tootsie roll roses yet but i'm going to give it a shot tonight. any tips on making them not wilt?

Sometimes if it is warm in the house I will pop them into the fridge while I am rolling out other petals.
Also the mini cupcake wrappers are great too! Whatever you are making them on (wire-toothpick) can be pushed through the bottom of the wrapper and the sides of the wrapper will hold your petals up and in place for you.
