Can I do an edible image on cream cheese icing???

Yes - I have used edible images printed on both rice paper and frosting sheets on cream cheese frosting. Is there something specific you are concerned about?

no, i've done one before on buttercream. I just wanted to make sure the icing would be okay for the image. Do you know how long they last after iced? The cake is for Sunday .... Can I do this Friday night and it still be okay in time???

It should last for sometime - I've never had an image melt.
