I was sure I had seen some cakes that either looked like completed puzzles or puzzle pieces but now I can't find any while searching. Does anyone have any images or links to this type of cake?

There is a Jigsaw Puzzle chcolate mold available through Streich's but I haven't seen a cake like the one you described. Here is a game cake I made for my grandson last year that was fun to do.
