I bought this and it said don't use an electric had mixer so I did not but I have another type of hand mixer that has only one mixer on it and I put the wisk attachment on it. I started mixing the Nutri whip and after 5 minutes it was still really liquidy. I was told that if it is mixed enough then you a use it like buttercream icing! Was a missinformed? Jen

This is what I found:

So it sounds like what I've tried - Rich's Bettercreme.

The directions say not to use a hand mixer because the liquid has to be beaten at a high speed for quite some time.

If you have an electric mixer use that with the beaters, but be prepared to beat it for quite some time as it took me the full 8 minutes to whip with my stand KA at high speed.

But, be careful not to overbeat, or you wind up with whipped sugar chunks!!!!
