AWWWH I wanta see!!! I did my first MMF figure last night too! Can you shrink it in Paint?
OH, that is precious!! I wouldn't want to eat him because he's so cute, but knowing he is made of MMF, I would probably gobble him up the second you turned your back!! hahahaha! I L-O-V-E MMF, especially when made with almond extract! We call it MMF because it's MMMMMMGood!
Go to google and search for Irfanview. It's an image program. You can open your photo in this program and then resize it to 800 and it automatically finishes the resizing for the rest of the picture. It'sa very easy program to use and I've used it for many many years. I use it to resize all of my digital photos of cakes and such. It also helps in renaming pictures. If you save a picture off the internet (to print for a transfer or something) if it saves as say a GIF file and it's supposed to be a JPG file once you open it in this program it will alert you that it's been saved wrong and give you the option for Irfanview to change it 
It's a life saver for me and it's FREE!!!!!!!!
