Well, I got through one cake & event today...and I was going to make another for tomorrow but I'm just too pooped out. I have left over Raspberry Mousse filling that I was going to use for tomorrow's cake but I decided to just forget it.

Can I freeze the leftover Raspberry Mousse?
The ingredients are:
Raspberry Jam
Cream Cheese (I don't know if you can freeze cream cheese)
and Cool Whip.

Thanks again!

You can't freeze Philadelphia cream cheese successfully; upon thawing (even in the fridge) it becomes grainy, crumbly and watery.

I know you can refreeze Cool Whip.

Don't know if you can successfully freeze the combination. I know you can freeze cheesecake but that has eggs and other stuff in it, and it's cooked...

Don't know what to tell you. Except maybe freeze a tiny portion and see how it is when it thaws.

Good luck!

OH! That's a good idea! I'll try that out and report on how it turns out in a few days.
Thanks!
