I made some last night and let it sit in the fridge overnight.. when I took it out it was smooth.. then once I started to play with it, it got really sticky again! I kept adding conf sugar and that helped.. I made Duff roses and cut out stars and lettering for a cake I'm doing on Saturday.. I'm seeing on the tutorials that you should use cornstarch to keep it from sticking.. will it make a differnce if I just used conf. sugar instead???

I always use PS, tried corn starch and it seems to dry out my fondant, the CS also makes it slippery and a little harder to manage if you ask me.
