Has anyone used this? I'm supposed to do a chocolate covered buttercream cake with ivory embroidery & roses... I just don't see how the ivory coloring is really going to make that much of a difference in BC's original offwhite color... is it worth it or should I just use the plain buttercream uncolored? Thanks!

I use and prefer doing so. Even though we know BC is off-white, it's because we look at it so critically. Against chocolate, the natural color of the BC will probably just look white.
The Wilton ivory is nice...more ecru or parchment-ish.
