I found a buttercream recipe that calls for some whipping cream. I don't have any right now. My baby just fell asleep so it makes it difficult to go out and buy some right now. I do have some Pastry Pride on stock. Can I substitute Pastry Pride for whipping cream?...or do I need to go out and buy it? Thanks!

I would think Pastry Pride will work very well, it is more stable than whipping cream and should mix well with the icing.
