OMG!!! I went to Wal-Mart last night to grocery ship and BEHOLD....I saw it...Chocolate Mint Truffle Coffee Mate Creamer. I'm going to make cakeballs with it and mini chocolate chips.
YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll let y'all know how they turn out.
OMG i LOVE that creamer!!! Never tried it in a cake, but actually use it for my coffee )
I tried the Mocha Mint and OMG it is sooo good. I had to go buy more to put in the house for after Christmas.

I actually made them for my DD's Jr. Beta Induction. Everyone loved them. I paired them with dark choc. fudge cake and semi-sweet dipping chocolate. Drizzled them w/white choco. I got plenty of rave reviews.
How do you make "cake balls and what are they?"
Vicky
Thank you....me too!
I've heard everyone talk about them but I just can't seem to get the concept.

Here's a recipe link: http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-2099-0-Cake-Balls.html
I love the Nestle chocolate frosting recipe, and replaced the milk called for with the Chocolate mint truffle Creamer. OMG it was sooooo good! You are going to love it
no you add the creamer to the mixture at the end as part of the liquid. You bake the cake as you normally would and then when you are making cake balls you make it like cake dough with some of the liquid from the creamer.
