I am planning on making an Elmo cake for my 1st B-day. Which Americolor red coloring will work the best?? I don't want it to be bitter. Thanks!!!

Welcome to CC!

Go with Super Red and you won't disappointed. The Americolors-even black-have never changed the taste of my icing. And you won't have to use the whole bottle (like wilton).

i did a 3d elmo (in my pics) with americolor super red...a couple drops and i got the whole batch RED!!!

Americolor rocks!
